Summary of the Truly Agreed Version of the Bill

SB 639 -- MANUFACTURE OF FOOD PRODUCTS

This bill exempts sellers of jams and jellies who do not have
more than $30,000 in annual sales from the requirement to
construct or maintain separate production facilities.  Sellers
must comply with food sanitation standards in Chapter 196, RSMo.
